Our company maintains a strict but customer-friendly policy regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved

Refund Policy:
– Cash refunds are not provided for bookings.
– In case a customer is unable to utilize the service for any reason, the company will issue a gift voucher of the same value for future use.
– Noted: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation Policy:
– A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.
– If a customer cannot make their appointment, they must inform the team at least 24 hours in advance.
– Failure to notify within the 24-hour timeframe will result in the full charge being applied.
– Late arrivals for appointments will result in the appointment being shortened.
– Gift vouchers issued due to cancellations are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
