Mineral Body Mud Wraps

• The skin is first prepared by exfoliation with the assistance of miner scrubs to remove the dead skin cells on the body
• Followed by a spread of mineral mud which you are then wrapped in either a warm heated blanket or spa capsule. The heat helps blood circulation throughout the body
• Then removal of the mud wrap followed by a warm shower
• Finally finishing with a mineral moisturiser cream
